Questions importers actually ask
Straight answers on MOQ, timber, testing, the two plants, lead time and shipping. If your question isn't here, send it — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.
It depends on the model and how custom it is. A standard frame in a stock fabric or finish has a lower MOQ than a fully bespoke wood-and-fabric build. Send the model and quantity and we'll give you a real number, not a placeholder.
We build and bench-test to BIFMA and to EN furniture standards (EN 12520 / EN 1728 as the model requires). We don't claim held certificates we can't show. When your order needs a stamped third-party report, we arrange testing through SGS or TÜV and quote the test fee up front.
We can source FSC-track rubber wood and beech on request and pass through the chain-of-custody documents. We don't blanket-claim FSC on stock we can't trace — tell us if your programme needs it and we'll quote with the right timber.
Both. We develop and sample in Anji, China, then can move proven models to our Vietnam plant in Binh Phuoc for buyers who need a non-China country-of-origin. The drawings, fabrics and QC are identical — the choice is about your duty and lead-time math.
Both. OEM means you bring the spec and we build it under your brand. ODM means you bring a market and a price and we develop the chair on our own frames and moulds. See the OEM / ODM page for how each runs.
It varies by model and whether it ships knocked-down or assembled. Knocked-down packing raises the count and lowers freight per chair, which matters for wood-frame dining chairs. We give you the exact 40HQ loading plan with the quote so your landed cost is accurate.
Samples are usually days to a couple of weeks depending on the wood and finish. Production lead time depends on quantity, customisation and which plant — typically a few weeks for a standard run after sample sign-off, longer for a first Vietnam run. We commit to a date with the quote.
Use the form on the contact page or the message button at the bottom-right of any page. Tell us the model, quantity, wood and fabric, market, and whether it's OEM or ODM. We reply within one working day, China business hours.
