Your label on our frames, or your drawing on our floor
OEM buyers bring a finished spec and we match it under your brand. ODM buyers bring a market and a price, and we develop the chair on our own frames and moulds. Both are fine — the honest differences are lead time and which plant suits the order, and we'll tell you those up front.
OEM: you own the spec
You send the drawings, the bill of materials, the wood and fabric and the standard to hit. We source to it, sample it and produce under your brand and packaging. This is the path when you already know exactly what you want and need it reproduced consistently, container after container.
ODM: we own the design
You come with a market segment and a landed-cost target. We pick from our existing frames, shells and timber sections, adapt the foam, fabric and finish, and develop a chair around your numbers. It's quicker to a first sample because we're not starting from a blank page — but you're working within what our tooling already supports.

Four steps, no surprises
You brief us
Send a spec, a sample or a competitor link, plus quantity, wood/fabric and target price. The more concrete, the faster the quote.
We quote & sample
You get a price, a 40HQ loading plan and a lead-time from China or Vietnam. Approve it and we build a sample to sign off — before any tooling.
Tooling & pilot
Once the sample is signed, we cut tooling if needed and run a small pilot so the first container is right, not just the prototype.
Production & ship
We run the order in the agreed plant, inspect, pack for the sea and ship FCL. Third-party inspection can be booked at this stage.
